Charlie Hughes, Co-Founder
Charlie Hughes is a native of Union,SC. He has conducted Live Interactive Workshops for thousands of attendees and clients over the entire Southeast, California and Canada. His audiences have included all level of employees, lower, middle, upper and executive level management. Charlie coached via live workshops with private businesses, colleges, universities, sports teams, restaurants schools and churches.

Charlie is an Advanced Certified Facilitator and Instructor, DiSC Personality Profile Instructor and speaker. The Live Workshops he conducts introduce his clients to transformational leadership tools that drive performance to another level. Charlie's passion as an educator and developer of people helps clients initiate the journey of discovering who they really are.
